On this first day in the city of Puno we will visit Tiahuanaco where we will see very well preserved ancient temples and palaces such as: The Puerta del Sol and its engravings in low and high relief, the temple of the Kalasasaya menhirs and the pyramid. by Akapana. You can also visit the LÍtico museum where artifacts and pieces of Tiwanakota culture and history are displayed. Tiahuanaco stood out for being a town with a pre-Inca culture that based its economy on agriculture, architecture and livestock. We continue towards Pomata Desaguadero, the border between Peru and Bolivia, where the immigration procedures will be carried out to enter Bolivia. We contacted the Bolivian guide to continue the 1-hour trip to Tiahuanaco and begin the adventure. After the visit they will have a typical lunch at a local restaurant. Then return to the city of Puno along the same Desaguadero route in private transportation.

This day we will pick you up at your hotel in Puno at approximately 8:00am to go to the port to embark to the floating islands of the Uros, along a route surrounded by the wild fauna and flora of the Lake National Reserve. At noon we will pick you up to take you to a typical restaurant where you can have lunch and then we will go to the main cathedral of Puno where we will see how the virgin and many of the parishioners get ready with whom we will go out and be part of the dances that will enter the main square and they will greet the virgin Candelaria we will be part of this party until late at night

This day after breakfast we will pick you up from the hotel to take you to the Enrique Torres Belón stadium where this great event will take place and you will be able to appreciate different dances such as Casarasiris, la Diablada, Pinkillada, Sicuris, Llameritos, Chacareros, Yapuchiris, Tinti Wacas, Tucumanos, among others that will be performed by Quechua and Aymara groups from the Peruvian highlands, each dance shows a different choreography. There we will have a box fight while we witness this great religious cultural activity. The event lasts all day and at night some groups get together in the main square to make the general public dance and the next day some dances perform a parade along more than 5 kilometers dancing.
