Mr. Vladimir was born in the mountains of Cusco, province of Quispicanchis, community of Huanccara, to grandparents who are direct descendants of the Antis of Paucartambo from the communities of Quico and Marcapata. A graduate in tourism and administration from the University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco, from a very young age he had connections beyond his physical body, experiencing death as a result of being struck by lightning while herding his grandmother’s llamas and sheep on the Apu Willca mountain, with a childhood directly rooted in the philosophy of customs and traditions and his mother tongue, Quechua, which was passed down to him by his ancestors. Vladimir, has been putting together the pieces of the puzzle of all Andean philosophy and wisdom over the years as a tourist guide studying the history of the Inka culture and the native peoples, invites us to learn about this ancient ancestral culture through tourism and adventure trips and spiritual retreats that he himself designed for solo travelers, couples, family groups, scientific and study groups.
JENIFFER PERALTA, 35 years old. is our guide, born in the Madre de Dios department of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. She is an expert in flora and fauna and is knowledgeable about the tourist attractions, customs and medicine that the vast Amazon rainforest has to offer.

The Q’eros community is located at 4,400 meters above sea level, in the Vilcanota mountain range in southeastern Peru.
The Q’eros are known as the guardians of the wisdom of the Andes. Considered the “Last Inca Ayllu,” or the last Inca community in Peru, the Q’eros strive to preserve and promote their cultural and ethnic identity. They live a life of work and are one with nature: they make offerings to Pacha Mama (Mother Earth) and the Apus (Mountain Spirits) in exchange for the well-being of their animals, crops, and themselves.
She comes from a traditional family of Andean healers, one of the many communities in the mountains of the Andean region of the department of Cusco (Chumbivilcas and Tinta). She is a practitioner of Andean magic, a priestess and an artisan. She has been practicing “the arts” since she was 12 years old until today.
Aurelio and ruben and their team of cooks are the ones who always accompany us on every adventure in the mountain with their llamas and horses. they are in charge of the camping equipment and food when we do spiritual retreats in the high mountains and snowy mountains like the inca trail to machupicchu. they are honest workers and accompany us with their music and the natural joy that they carry within them.
We help children from high andean communities by teaching them english, mathematics and other skills that volunteer travelers are willing to help us with this work, we try to awaken love for children and raise awareness, creating a positive impact in the communities and also in our visitors. the communities to which we frequently come are the Educational institution of pachanta and the Educational institution of pachar which are at the foot of the snowy ausangate.
We work with the Peruvian non-profit stray dog rescue center “colitas con canas”. They are located near the city of Urubamba, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas (Cusco – Peru). They take in dogs that are unlikely to be adopted, dogs in recovery, and sometimes hospice cases, and we serve as a retirement home for abandoned elderly dogs. Another important goal of this project is to reach out to the community and people through education and voluntary participation, we can bring about positive change.
