We will leave very early for Paracas to visit the Ballestas Islands, previously having breakfast. On the way we will make a brief stop to observe the enigmatic figure of the candelabra, related to the Nasca Lines, pirates and extraterrestrials. Then we will continue our journey out to sea where we will begin to see the rock formations, marine fauna such as: sea lions, penguins, pelicans, boobies, etc. Finally, we will return to Ica to have lunch and then take the Ica city tour where we will visit the Plaza de Armas and surrounding areas, an artisanal winery where you will learn about the process of making Piscos and wine, as well as tasting these products. And to end the magical day we will head to the Huacachina oasis, a place surrounded by immense dunes and palm trees. The walk is in the most spectacular dune area on the coast of Peru. On this adrenaline-filled ride we will make stops so you can practice sandboarding and tubing. No previous experience is necessary, just the desire to have a good time. This tour ends at sunset.

This day after breakfast we will pick you up from your hotel to tour the most representative districts of the Ica countryside to see its typical wine cellars. The tastings of Piscos, Wines and Cachinas are very generous and are included. We will visit 3 of the main wine cellars in the region such as the Artisanal Winery "El Catador": Without a doubt, the most popular by national and foreign tourists who visit the lands of Ica, winner of national awards thanks to its original products such as the semi-prepared Pisco Sour and the fine Pisco Cream. It is located in the Tres Esquinas hamlet in the district of Subtanjalla. And then we go to another Winery Museum-Artesanal Lazo. Although it is true that the Piscos, Wines and Cachinas are the main attraction of this tour, it is worth mentioning that the Lazo Winery keeps in its authentic Spanish cellar (wine cellar) from the 16th and 17th centuries, not only its wine products, but also another additional attraction: A rustic museum implemented spontaneously in the same cellar, where you can see collectible pieces such as mummified trophy heads, ceramics, goldsmith work, remains of cloaks from pre-Hispanic cultures and other pieces such as weapons of all kinds and from all periods; also paintings and stuffed animals among other collectible artifacts. Afterwards we will have time for a one-hour lunch to finally finish visiting the last Tacama Industrial Winery: It is located in one of the oldest Hacienda Houses in the valley. It was built in the 16th century and is of colonial architecture. Wines and piscos of excellent quality are produced here. When the Spanish arrived in Peru, they introduced the vine and its diffusion quickly spread. Carabantes created the Tacama vineyard in the oasis of Ica, which is the oldest in Peru. The vineyard has a total area of 180 hectares and is located in the Ica valley, a fertile oasis surrounded by deserts 300 km from Lima and 400 m.a.s.l. It is one of the most important in the country.

On March 8th, the main day of the festivities, we will pick you up at the hotel and then take you to the cathedral where we will visit with our guide and take part in the mass for the festivities. Afterwards, we will see the parade competition that goes to the fairgrounds where we will take part in all the traditional activities that take place and also part of its gastronomy. You will be assisted and guided until midday by our official tour guide and the afternoon will be free so that you can enjoy the festivities, sing and dance with the musical groups that will perform at the fairgrounds.
