One night before our hike to Machu Picchu, there will be a briefing with our hiking tour guide at 6:30 p.m. This will take place at the hotel where we will be staying. But if you prefer, we can also organize a meeting for a different time.
In the morning we will be picked up at the hotel with our private transportation to the beginning of the KM 82 trail, where we will see spectacular views of the Andes along the way. Then, one of our chefs will prepare a tasty breakfast after eating, you must show your passport to the checkpoint so we can begin the first two and a half hours of walking. The route will be quite flat until we reach the Inca site of Llactapata where you will experience the Inca culture for the first time and learn about the history of Peru and more. After your first lesson on Inca history, it will be another hour and a half until we arrive to the lunch stop and after lunch, we will walk for another 2 hours until we reach the first night's camp in Ayapata at (3300 meters). In this section, we pass through 2 small communities where we can buy any energy drink, snack or some essential items that we have forgotten to buy before, we can also charge batteries and other equipment. Then we will arrive at our camp at 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon to settle in and relax with a hot drink or a snack with your team of porters, chef and guide. Finally, at 7:30 p.m. At night, your delicious dinner will be ready and after dinner, you will have your well-deserved rest.

The next walk will last an hour and a half but this time, downhill, through the steps of the Inca, until you reach your lunch place. After eating, you will have another four hours of walking, interspersing breaks until you reach the Chaquicocha camp, where you can visit two beautiful archaeological sites; Runku Raccay and Sayacmarka. To close, you will enjoy your dinner and a good rest.

We'll start early again! You will be woken up with a cup of hot tea, followed by breakfast and then begin your two-hour walk to the last pass of Phuyupatamarca, which is 3,680 m.m. This section has unique views of the Vilcabamba mountain range and the impressive Salkantay mountain, then we will continue for three hours until we reach our camp. Afterwards we will visit two archaeological sites; Phuyupatamarca (town above the clouds) and Intipata (terraces of the sun). In these places you will enjoy different types of plants, flowers and forest birds. After lunch, you can take the five-minute walk to the most beautiful Inca site on the Inca trail, Wiñay Wayna (forever young). This place is full of impressive buildings and viewpoints along the way. Later Around 5:30 p.m., you will return to camp for your final happy hour and dinner. Then, a small celebration, to say “thank you,” and “goodbye” to your incredible porters who supported us with our luggage. If you want, you can leave a tip to thank them themselves.
